15th January 2010: Photography Group Auction. An auction of photographic related items is to take place on Friday, 15th January 2010, at St Helens Community Center. The auction organized by the East Wight Photography Group at 1.30 pm, is open to photography clubs on the Island as well as members of the public. It’s an opportunity for everyone to have a good sort out and possibly dispose of their unwanted photography related items.

6th March 2010: Sandown & Shanklin Lions Club are holding their 29th annual Swimarathon at The Heights Leisure Centre. The teams will consist of six swimmers, swimming in relay for 55 minutes OR it is permissible for any swimmer to swim continuously for 10 minutes, but only once during the team’s participation.
